She is survived by: her daughters, April Rhodes, Trevanna Periard (Logan) and Misty Anderson; and her siblings, Danny Gasaway and Brenda Headley (Steve). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 nieces as well as other extended family members and friends.
