He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Breivogel, Sr. and Ella Breivogel; and his in-laws, Doris and Harry Kellams. He is survived by: his wife Susan L. Breivogel (Kellams); his sons, Donald Breivogel III, Joshua Breivogel (Erin) and Adam Breivogel (Libby); his grandsons, Wyatt, Christopher and Ray; his siblings, Michael Breivogel (Teri), Dianna Johnson and Pamela Mahoney (Glenn); his aunt Phyliss Lambert (Thomas); and his sisters-in-law, Roseann Derk and Karen Kellams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
