He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Rutledge (Cottrell); his daughter Terri Lyn Rutledge (Tooley) of Greenbelt, Maryland; his siblings, Larry Rutledge of Evansville, Roger Rutledge (Tonya) of Poseyville, Indiana, Mary Sue Rutledge of Owensboro and Linda Lou Straw of Owensboro; and his granddaughters, Ursula Tooley of Philadelphia and Maia Tooley of Greenbelt, Maryland..
