She is survived by: her husband John Sims; her children, Verlean Cooper of Evansville, IN, Johnnie Sims Madison of Evansville, IN, Myra Sims Colon (Eddie) of Evansville, IN, Christi Sims of Indianapolis, IN and Timothy Sims (DeVona) of Montgomery, AL; her sister Arnisha Fleming of Evansville, IN; and her sisters-in-law, Maggie Mae Sims of Sharon, MS and Hattie Fleming of Evansville, IN..
