She is survived by: her children, Brenda Frazier of Solon, OH., Deborah Downey (Hazel) of Franklin, KY., Sharon Outlaw of Evansville, IN., Lisa Fox (Michael T.) of Evansville, IN., Larry E. Sr. of Lewisville and Edward M. Jr. of Evansville, IN.; her grandchildren, Larry Jr., Terrence Phipps, Otto Tate (Alethea), Jason Frazier, LaJaune Dulin, Nijel Downey (Jodie), Cory, Brandon Outlaw, Andre Lewis (Tabrielle), LaNisha Sherman, Nicole Phipps, LaShawn and Bobby Fox Jr.; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Phipps and Wilma Jones. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, (18) great-great grandchildren.
