Gene Pate Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 73, Gene Pate of Evansville, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gene Pate to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mell Pate and Nancy Pate (Lanham); his son Todd Anthony Pate; and his brother Mark Pate. He is survived by: his children, John Pate (Dana) of New Harmony, Jenny Weilbrenner (Alex) of Mt. Vernon and Jody Danhauer (Jim) of Wadesville; his grandchildren, Cody, Collin, Curtis Pate, Ellie, Emma, Clay Weilbrenner, Austin and Jesse Danhauer; the mother of his children Patricia Beckgerd (Dick); his sister Becky Bagby (Rick); and his sister-in-law Sharon Pate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many close friends.

Due to the national health crisis, masks are required and social distancing should be observed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children – St. Louis, 4400 Clayton Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110.
