She is survived by: her sons, Dean Fark (Shayna) and Scott Fark (Krista); her grandchildren, Ashley, Nate (Ally) and Cooper Fark; her great grandchildren, Erick Cashen, Abbigail Holder and Brinlee Jo Fark; her siblings, Charles (Julie), Dale, Dewey, Lewis, Louise, Deana, Donna and Leta; and her close friend Gary Barnett.
