He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Spurlock (Brian) of Olney and Trichell Humes (Darla McWhirter) of Olney; his siblings, Robert Humes (Marti) of Charleston, Brandon Humes (Jessica) of Olney, Shawn Humes of Olney, Crystal Bullard (Matt) of Charleston, Angie Davis of Edinburgh, Thelma "Keileen" Humes of Olney and Ashley Humes of Olney; his pet Kohi; his uncle Robert Cochran; and his nephew Jameson Humes. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
