He is survived by: his brother-in-law Charles Thomas; his wife Charlene Vote (Thomas); his children, Terri Ethington (Jim) and Daniel Thomas Vote; his siblings, Patricia Ann Gill (Louis), Robert Barclay Vote (Janice) and William Scott Vote (Darla); his uncle Lyndsey L. Barclay; and his aunt Sue Ryan (Barclay). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
