He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Owen and Mildred Esther Lewis (Goebel); his wife Diana Lou Lewis (Whitlock); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Lewis and Don Ennis.

He is survived by: his children, Matty Mabry and Owen Lewis of Evansville, IN; and his siblings, Caroline Ennis of Louisville, KY, Thomas Lewis (Robin) of Evansville, IN, Gerald Lewis (Kerri) of Evansville, IN, Glenn Lewis (Joyce) of Evansville, IN, Henry "Hank" Lewis (Sharon) of Evansville, IN and Philip Lewis (Barbara) of Naples, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harold's memory to a charity of your choice.
