He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Kuykendall and Mary Katherine Kuykendall (Mattingly). He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Oskins (James), Judy Kuykendall, Jerry Kuykendall (Linda) and Michael Kuykendall (Alisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
