He was predeceased by: his uncle Evan Wininger. He is survived by: his parents, Mike and Casey; his siblings, Mille, Mick and Tommy; and his grandparents, Mike Blake of Evansville, Jan and Terry Wininger of Washington, Indiana.. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles and countless cousins.

In lieu of flowers, we ask you to take your children or grandchildren on a special date for no reason other than loving them.
