With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Isaac Shelton Collins (Evansville, Indiana), born in Clarksville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 6, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Staton Collins and Tressie A. Collins; and his siblings, Alberta Daniels Clark, Martha J. Landours, Dorothy Reeves, Frank Douglas and William "Billy" Collins.

He is survived by: his brother Ike Collins; his daughter Kimberly Collins; his siblings, Donnal Collins (Jerrye) and Mary Jean Baker of Evansville; and his niece Georgia Fellows. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and relatives.

Due to the pandemic, attendance at the funeral service will be limited to 70 attendees.
