He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim Wall, Pauline Decker and Brenda Welp. He is survived by: his siblings' child Bubby; his sisters, Katrina Sumrall of Evansville, IN, Brittani Decker of Evansville, IN and Catherine Lewis (Randy) of Indianapolis, IN; his stepsisters, Tiffany Caudill (Glen) of Bremen, KY and Heather McDowell (Austin) of Clay, KY; his siblings' children, Kameron Knight, Braxton Foley, Jayde Elpers, Levi Stolz, Kohen Lewis, Mia Lewis and Jackson McDowell; and his grandparents, Zada Wall, J. R. Thompson (Jo), Don Decker (Judy) and Pete Sumrall (Debbie).

Memorial contributions may be made to 7 Sisters, 2019 E. Chandler Ave., Evansville, IN 47714.
