He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Woods and Elizabeth Woods (Seib); and his siblings, Joseph Woods, Daniel Woods, Rosemary Voegel and Elizabeth "Betty" Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Woods (Williams); his daughters, Susan Smith (Schulyer) of Owensville, Brenda Martin (Jerome) of Wadesville, Lisa Kiesel (Greg) of Cynthiana and Rebecca Woods (Ginger) of Evansville; his grandchildren, Brittany Martin, Lindsay Beckwith (Kyle), Jessica Martin and Hunter Willis; his great grandchildren, Gabriella Givens and Leif Beckwith; and his siblings, Dolores Hanna, Carol Schaffer and Ronald Woods (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the pandemic, funeral services will be private.
