We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 83, James M. Hamilton of Evansville, Indiana, born in Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James M. Hamilton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hamilton and Frances Ellen Hamilton (Alvey); his wife Sharon Hamilton (Lauer); his son Kenneth W. Hamilton; and his sister Bonnie Ann Harmon.

He is survived by: his children, Gail Hamilton, James "Keith" Hamilton (Cynthia) and Mark A. Hamilton (Denise); his siblings, Barbara Sinnett (Junior), Brenda Ramsey (Alan), Gerald "Jerry" Hamilton (Elizabeth), Donald Hamilton and Richard Hamilton (Becky); his grandsons, Christopher, Nicholas, Jonathan and Collin Hamilton; and his stepsiblings, Pat Mercer (Bob) and William "Buddy" Bruner (Mildred).

Due to the pandemic, visitation and the Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
