He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence McIntosh and Lettie McIntosh (Robertson); and his wife Barbara McIntosh. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Tretter (Stacy) of Princeton, IN; his close friend Suzanne Gudermuth of Lynnville, IN; his granddaughters, Rachel Hanold of Princeton and Nicole Tretter of Princeton; and his pet Lulu.
