He was predeceased by: his mother Lorena Norrington (Neuber); his wife Judith "Judy" Theresa Norrington (Tempel); and his brother Jerald H. Norrington. He is survived by: his father Harlan Norrington; his children, Stephanie Downs and Christopher Norrington of Evansville, IN; his granddaughter Amy Jo Hall; and his nieces, Julie and Jenny. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
