She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Kozbiel and Billie Kozbiel (Alley); her husband Patrick Lewis; her sister Luann Rutledge; and her pet Kitty Lewis.

She is survived by : her close friend Mary; her siblings, Nancy Hutchinson (Chuck) and Steve Kozbiel; her brother-in-law Bo Rutledge; her nieces and nephews, Alley, Cullen and Preston; her great-niece McKenzie; her sister Mary Spradlin (Larry); and her kitty Tabor. She is also survived by several cousins, other family members, and friends.
