Collins (Evansville, Indiana), born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Orlena Willett; and his brother Anthony Willett. He is survived by: his aunt Ella (Hill); his wife Ruth Collins (Jones); his children, Sherry Collins-Baker (Vincent), Sheila Collins-Tippin (Keener), John D. Collins, Jr. (Tracy) and Shelley Collins (Carlos); and his stepchildren, Alex Spicer (Gail) of Evansville, Eugene Spicer (Jessica) of Evansville and Natalie Spicer of Evansville. He is also survived by grandchildren, twelve (12) great-grandchildren and seven (7) great great grandchildren, as well as extended family.
