With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph A Goins Sr. of Evansville, Indiana, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on February 20, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pinkston and Horace White; his wife Beverly Goins; his siblings, Charles White, Rita Rice and Debbie Logston; and his daughter Tonya Goins.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph Goins Jr., Miles Goins, Mary Clendenin and Joanna Pierce; and his brother Orville "Skeeter" Crowe. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
