It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph C. Goelzhauser of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Goelzhauser and Ruth Goelzhauser (Blackburn); his wife Betty Goelzhauser (Overfield); and his grandsons, Jeremy and Caleb Elpers.

He is survived by: his children, Jane Ann Decamps (Daniel), Julie Lynn Elpers (Jim), Scott Alan Goelzhauser of Evansville and Rick Joseph Goelzhauser (Debbie) of Cibolo, TX; his daughter-in-law Kim Goelzhauser; his grandchildren, Jennifer Shanks, Kristina Quick, Michael Decamps (Chelsea), Joe Goelzhauser (Rachel), Jamie Goelzhauser, Erica Bridgewater (Daniel), Luke Bullington, Phillip Goelzhauser (Kaitlyn), Stephanie Truitt (Raymond), Lisa Goelzhauser, Josh Elpers (Kalee) and Katie Elpers; and his great grandchildren, Dax Shanks, Brooklyn Quick, Leo Verbeck, Hallie Bridgewater, Logan Perigo, Leo Decamps, Liam Elpers, Max Elpers and Nixlee Elpers.
