She was predeceased by: her parents, Bird Lanham and Mae Owens Lanham; her husband Dewey Whitfield; and her daughter Valerie Wise. She is survived by: her son Chris Whitfield of Evansville; her sister Beverly Steckler of Earlington, KY; and her grandchildren, Matt Whitfield, Scott Whitfield, Bryce Whitfield, Braden Whitfield and Annie Stevens. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
