It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Lee Franklin of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on July 8, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Davis and Alliene Davis (Rissler); and her sons, Marty Franklin, Eddie Franklin and Danny Franklin.

She is survived by: her husband Elmer Franklin of Evansville, IN; her brother Bill Davis of New Albany, IN; and her grandchildren, Jason Franklin (Lisa), Nicole Franklin, Brandy Franklin and Eddie Franklin.
