She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Gray and Zella Mae Cooksey (Weekley); her brother James Crenshaw of Evansville, IN; her grandparents, Laura Bell Weekley (Jackson) and Harrison Weekley of Evansville, IN; her great-aunt Mary Jackson of Detroit, MI; her great-uncle JT Jackson of Indianapolis, IN; her uncles, Frederick and Leon Weekley of Evansville, IN; her aunt Audrey Horsley (Weekley) of Columbus, OH; and her stepfather Clifton.

She is survived by : her cousins, Theodore of Evansville, IN and Marsha Goines (Weekley) of Evansville, IN; her close friends, Linda Jones, Glenda Tarpley and Reba; her daughter Tehiji Crenshaw; her siblings, Charles Crenshaw Jr., Sherlene Phillips (Crenshaw) of Evansville, IN and Sheri Crenshaw of Evansville, IN; her nieces and nephews, Terje Fletcher (Derra) of Chicago, IL, Ritchie Fletcher, Robyn Fletcher of Evansville, IN, Cherice Saunders (Crenshaw) of Evansville, IN and Shirley Crenshaw of Cary, NC; and her close friends, Edna Crable of Evansville, IN., Phyllis Ogburn of Evansville, IN., Sheryl Hoosier of Evansville, IN., Tyrone Dulin of Evansville, IN. and Jimmy Jones of Evansville, IN.. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers, friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Alexander East Chapel (2115 Lincoln Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
