She was predeceased by: her husband John Blaize; her siblings, Ruth Petrin, Jane Johnson Robertson, Margaret Morrow, Sue Dreves, Jerry Robertson, Charles Robertson and Allen Robertson; and her son Ronnie Blaize.

She is survived by: her children, David Blaize (Rosie), Carol Travers (Steve), Eddie Blaize (Jama) and Sue Chase; and her siblings, Joe Robertson and Myrl Hayes (Dale). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchild.
