It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Dean Tidwell (Evansville, Indiana), born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Tidwell and Gracie Gray Tidwell; and his siblings, Leonard Tidwell and Elizabeth Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Dorissa Morris (Robert), Tonya Smith (Donald), Latosha Moody (Rico), Connika King, Joseph Franklin (Charon), Kevin Tidwell and Larry Tidwell Jr. (Jessica); his siblings, Theresa Tidwell-Black, Arlinda Payne, Lois Moore (Terry), Angie Tidwell, Alice Tidwell, Alan Tidwell (Retina) and Chris Stafford; his daughters, Sonia Thomas, Robinson Virginia Beach (Derrick) and Virginia; his cousin Christy Tidwell; and his caregiver Amanda Foree. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Baptist Church (605 Canal St, Evansville, IN 47713). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
