He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Small and Mary Small (Newman); his brother Randy Small; and his brother-in-law Charlie Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Rayetta Small (LaMell); his son Larry W. Small, Jr.; his stepson Edward Morris; his sister Karen J. Duncan of Evansville, IN; his grandsons, Cody and Jeff; and his great grandchild Aiden.
