He was predeceased by: his parents, Lauro T. Quiazon and Catalina P. Richards; and his brother Ramon Abanilla. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Maria L. Quiazon; and his sisters, Alma Mariano, Ligaya Pollosco and Melody Grace R. Carver (Scotty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
