She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Meredith and Charlotte Meredith (Ritzert). She is survived by: her husband Malcolm "Mike" Coultas; her children, Jim Coultas (Terri) and Marcy Giles (Bob Hoffman); her sisters, Barbara Dennis and Dora Casteel; her grandchildren, Trey Coultas (Ashton), Dillon Coultas and Meredith Rausch (Landon); and her great grandchildren, Ben, Darryl and Urijah Rausch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
