She was predeceased by: her father William Kitzinger; her stepfather E. "John" Reutter; and her grandparents, Ralph, Marie Inkenbrandt and Clara Kitzinger.

She is survived by: her mother Sylvia Reutter (Inkenbrandt Kitzinger) of Evansville; her siblings, April Bennett (Buddy) of Currituck, NC, Eric Reutter of Evansville, Edward "Eddie" Kitzinger (Sherry) of Evansville and David Kitzinger of Macon, Georgia; her aunts, Majorie Inkenbrandt (Flowers) and Carmen McAtee (Inkenbrandt) of Evansville; and her nephews, Beau Bennett and Cody Reutter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family would like this opportunity to remind people that wearing masks and exercising pandemic precautions is a gift to the elderly, the vulnerable and those most susceptible to illness. Special thanks to the Covid ICU staff of Deaconess Hospital Midtown for their special care provided to Linda and support to the family.
