She is survived by: her mother Audrey Culley of Henderson; her husband Bill Francis; her close friend Bill Francis; her children, Bill Francis Jr. (Kristin) of Milton, KY, Brad Francis (Amy) of Rhinelander, WI and Ashely Lambert (Chad) of Owensboro; her brothers, Gene Culley of Sun Valley, CA and Dave Culley of Henderson; and her grandchildren, Nathan Francis (Bethany Beals) of Henderson, Emily, Elisabeth, Anna, Julia, Rebecca Francis of Milton, KY, Kiah, Nolan, Malia, Karis, Celia, Benner Francis of Rhinelander, WI, Aiden, Avery and Liam Lambert of Owensboro. She is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
