It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lindy Thadeus Scudella (Evansville, Indiana), who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Helen C. Scudella (Bolin); his siblings, William, Harry, Frank and Florence (Anderson); his stepson Charles Harold Hedges, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Ellen Louise Hedges; and his close friend Marilyn C. Schneider.

He is survived by: his daughter Aprile Sandefur (Michael); his stepson Colin Kelly Hedges; and his daughter-in-law Mary Hedges. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and twelve great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans organization online or a contribution may be mailed to DAV, PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250, Attention: Gift Processing.
