She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen David and Elizabeth Hedge (Caudill); her husband Aubrey Lee Underwood; and her siblings, Sandy Phillips, Charlotte Arend, Mary Beth Brown, Glen Daniel Hedge and Larry Gene Hedge.
She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Underwood (Stacey) of Evansville, IN, Rodney Underwood (Jenny Chittenden) of Evansville, IN and David Underwood (Arissa) of Evansville, IN; her sister Kathy Anderson of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Lesley Mosley (Jake), Brock Underwood, Ashley and Bailey Underwood; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn Mosley, Rayna Mosley and Blakeleigh Kasinger.
