Mary Payne Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Weaver Hayes and Harriett Hayes; her husband James D. Payne; her children-in-law, Ron Phelps and Cheryl Payne; her children, Pam Phelps, Greg Payne, Debbie Mabern (Jerry), Mark Payne (Debbie), Jimmy Payne and Lisa Howard (Shawn); and her grandchildren, Theresa Miller (Richard), Jason Phelps, Derick Payne (Julia), Charlie Payne (Courtney), Michelle Kaufman (Tim), Audrea Hill-Ogburn (Antwan), Christopher Payne (Alisa), Ethan Payne (Natalie), Cutlass Barnes (Aimee) and Ciera Barnes. She was also cherished by 20 loving great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
