It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meda M. Ballard of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Due to the COVID pandemic restrictions, a private funeral service for immediate family will be held at 10:00 a. m., Monday, January 11. 2021 at Alexander Memorial Park-Heritage Chapel, 2200 Mesker Park Drive.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital.
