We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2021, at the age of 58, Melvin Edward Capps Jr. of Evansville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Capps, Sr. of Evansville, IN and Mary Capps (Scheu) of Evansville, IN; his wife Vicky Capps (Biggs) of Evansville, IN; his stepdaughter Annie Angle of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Carrie Madsen of Evansville, IN, Jennifer Gahagan (Ben) of Evansville, IN and Tim Capps of Evansville, IN; his friend Bryan Yunker (Angie); and also Max of Evansville, IN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a great-niece and great-nephew.
