He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Collins; his brothers, Stephen Conia and Joseph Conia; and his granddaughter Jessica Adkison. He is survived by: his mother Rose Layman (Bristow) of Evansville, IN; his wife Martha Collins (Daugherty) of Evansville, IN; his children, Casey Dunn (George) of Evansville, IN and David Adkison of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Tony Conia of Boonville, IN, Patrick Conia (Carrie) of Owensboro, KY, David Conia (Karen) of Evansville, IN, Julie Bryan of Evansville, IN and Daniel Layman of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Sarah Johnston and Michael Johnston (Quene); and his great grandchildren, Emily Adkison, Elaina Adkison, Landon Schulte, David Johnston, Ophelia Johnston, Parker Johnston, Yosif Chambers, Shelby Dunn, Sisily Dunn and Sirius Dunn.
