It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mona Lee Skaggs of Evansville, Indiana, born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Blankenship and Mona Sue Madden (Poole); and her sister Shannon Grahm. She is survived by: her son Blake Skaggs; her partner Glen Shepherd; her siblings, Dale Fritts (Rená Stone) and Tammy Balmear; and her half-brother David Skinner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephew, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
