Moody; her parents-in-law, Nannie B. and Edward Evans Moody; her children, Felecia Jones, Jacques Moody, Christopher Jones, George D. Jones, Jr. and Ricky "Slick" Thomas; her grandchildren, Karl Armstead and Shakia; her siblings, LaBernice Dixon, George Thomas, Jimmie Lee Thomas, Cassandra Broyles, George Earl Thomas, Bennie Thomas, Jr., Windzell Thomas, Georgia Helen Nash and Delores Nash; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Thomas and Iola Thomas.
She is survived by: her sister Baby Sis; her children, Chiquita Armstead (Larry Sr.), Emily Lander (Randy Sr.), Jerome Jones (Bonnie), Carl Moody, William E. Moody, Nanette Lewis (Harvey) and Carlette Moody; her daughters-in-law, Sonja Thomas and Deborah Jones; and her sister Phyllis McDonald (Louisville). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and countless nephews, nieces, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Dove Chapel Full Gospel Baptist Church (4420 Nurrenbern Rd, Evansville, IN 47712). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
