She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard McCormick and Agnes McCormick (Berrong); her husband Roman Wayne Underhill; her son Randall Wayne Underhill; her daughter-in-law Jackie Underhill; and her siblings, Pauline Harbison, Elsie Chamberlain, Linda Lindsey, Anna McCormick and J. L. McCormick.

She is survived by: her sons, David Underhill (Joanie) of Newburgh and Gilbert Underhill (Pamela) of Evansville; her grandchildren, Austin Underhill, Arrick Underhill (Minjung), Jayme Underhill, Jared Moore (Wendy) and Janice Heinlin (Randy); and her siblings, Thalia Deason and Rick McCormick (Judy). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
