She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomas and Sadie Jack (Hardin); her husband Grenade J. McNeely; her sons, Michael Andrew McNeely, Phillip Ray McNeely and Leslie Keith McNeely; and her siblings, Mary Jo Woodward, Frances Hillenbrand, Gilbert Jack and Raymond Jack.

She is survived by: her sons, Jack Dennis McNeely (Paula) of Evansville, IN and Donald Wayne McNeely (Shari) of Princeton, IN; and her daughter-in-law Jeannette McNeely. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.
