He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Peay and Wanda Peay (DeArmond); his brothers, Rollie and Dennis Peay; and his brother-in-law Bob Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Peay (Vicki), Andrew Peay (Willie), Tiffany and Shelly Peay; his grandchildren, Tommy Dossett, Tyler Peay (Makenzie), Trevor Werner (Jesselle), Trenton Werner, Donavon Cabell (Katie), Makayla Cabell, Grant Cabell, Marcus Peay, Lauren Peay, Alex Peay, Zach Phillips and Brianna Phillips; his great grandchildren, Connor, Tate, Luka, Valerie and Lily; his siblings, Angie Francis and Clarence; his former wife Carol Wright; his siblings' children, Amy Jarvis and Billy Jines; his great-nephew Kyle Haynes; and his pet Jakey Peay.
