It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rashelle Decker of Evansville, Indiana, born in Fort Riley, Kansas, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Albert Decker and Velma Sue Parsons (Burris); her sisters, Rebecca Webber (William) of Lexington, KY and Ruth Anne Jackson (Brian) of Cataula, GA; and her siblings' children, Hannah Webber, Jacob Webber, Graham Jackson and Wyatt Jackson.
