He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kemp and Gladys Kemp; his wife Charlotte M. Kemp (Perry); and his siblings, Eva Lou Firestone, Conita Kemp, Judy Kemp, Albert Kemp, H. J. Kemp, Billy Joe Kemp and Austin Kemp.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Kemp and Tim Kemp (Debbie); his siblings, Diane Anderson, Elaine Hale, Jim Kemp and Richard Kemp; his grandchildren, Jacob, Autumn, Constance, Austin and Megan; and his great grandchild Asher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
