He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Heacock and Alma Heacock; and his wife Eunice Marie Heacock (Johann). He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Lasher (Stephen) of Huntingburg, IN and Steven Heacock (Donna) of Henderson, KY; his brother Larry Heacock (Lynn); his grandchildren, Stephanie Helmerich (Matthew) and Daniel Heacock (Erika); his great grandchildren, Evan and Mason Helmerich; his sister-in-law Joyce Heller (Clyde); his niece Deanna Champion (Allen); and his great-niece Sophia.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Vanderburgh Humane Society, 400 Millner Industrial Dr, Evansville, IN 47710.
