He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Bell and Hazel V. Bell (Carlisle); his significant other Carolyn Sue Bell (Pfohl); and his daughter Lori A. Knight. He is survived by: his children, Tamara S. Elpers (Paul), Robert R. Bell II (Debra) and Steven D. Bell; and his grandchildren, Carissa, Cody, Caylee, Ciara Elpers, Jeremy, Heather, Trevor, Zailey Bell and Steven Bell, Jr.. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
