Robert W. Geier Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert W. Geier (Evansville, Indiana), who passed away on June 9, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Geier and Lula Geier; his stepmother Carrie Geier; his siblings, Eileen Connor (Bill), Dorothy Mae, Sissy and Eddie (Norma); and his siblings' children, Carolyn and Mark.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Geier; his daughters, Cheryl Simmons (Steve) and Karen Shelley (Kevin); his niece Sandy Allinder (Gary); his grandchildren, Josh Simmons, Katherine Tuttle (Matthew) and Anthony Shelley; and his stepchildren, Tony Scott (Judy), Steve Scott (Mary), Pam Harper, Tim Scott (Chris), Kelly Crump (Chris) and Jay Scott (Sarah).

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Weekday Christian Education of Evansville, IN, Westside Kiwanis, F.J. Reitz High School Big Blue Boosters, Bethel Church (missions) at 4400 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714 in honor of Bob Geier.
