She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence L Newton of Henderson, KY; her parents, Floyd L Marston, Sr. and Clara M Burchfiel Marston of Baton Rouge, LA; her siblings, Floyd L Marston, Jr. of Baton Rouge, LA, John Marston, Sr. of Baton Rouge, LA, Eddie Marston Hodges of Amite, LA, Mary Marston Smith of Baton Rouge, LA and Rebecca Elaine Marston of Central, LA; and her son Gary A Newton of Eustis, FL.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Marston Gates; her daughters, Carolyn Jones of Henderson, KY and Brenda McGrath (Steve) of Apopka, FL; her grandchildren, Rachel Goad (James), Ryan Jones, Shannon Lewis, Robin Jones, Heidi Meeds (Brady), Jessica Newton and Gregory Newton; and her great grandchildren, Magdalaena, MaKenzee, Autumn Rayne, Rolland, Audrey, Jameson and Rosemarie.
