He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, Linda Stofleth (Roy) of Evansville, IN, Kathy Watkins (Lou) of Newburgh, IN, Barbara Gilles (Steve) of Newburgh, IN, Jayne Chiesa (Tige) of Huntersville, NC, Mark McIntosh (Norma) of Chandler, IN, Matthew McIntosh (Kim) of Newburgh, IN and Michael McIntosh (Laurie) of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Laurine Mantlo (Johnny) of Russellville, KY and Kent McIntosh (Anne); and his sister-in-law Marsha McIntosh of Adairville, KY. He is also survived by grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
